We offer our client the choice between a retained or a
contingent search. The difference between the two is explained in detail on the
"Partnering with a Consultant" page. Before
accepting and undertaking any assignment, we will have agreed with you on which
is best suited for you and what the costs will be.
In general our fee is between 25 and 35 percent of
the candidate's first year's cash compensation, once the
client is satisfied with our introductory services and would like us to
seriously continue the search process.

The professional fee is based on the complexity of the assignment, its
geographic scope and the time the assignment is expected to take.
The contingent search requires a small upfront fee. This sum will be deducted from the final invoice after completion
of the assignment.

All travel and travel related expenses such as flight tickets, car hire, hotels etc. of
candidates and/or consultants, including international travel (which will only
be undertaken with the client's prior agreement) will be billed.
There are no unpleasant surprises, just the satisfaction of knowing that you will get the very best professional
service, and ultimately the very best professional staff for your money.
Our guarantee period (the time within we will conduct a new search without
charging the placement fee) is 1 year.
